For several months we have been hosting technical webinars to teach customers best practices with InfraWare software. Beginning two weeks ago we started a second series of webinars to help customers from a business perspective. I'm pleased to say that we've been getting very favorable feedback on these sessions. There have been two so far. In the first, we looked at threats posed to transcription providers by EMR vendors. In particular, we focused on the evolving picture since the HITECH Act (part of the government stimulus) was passed to provide incentives to adopt electronic medical records systems. In that webinar, we concluded that MTSOs need to extend their value propositions by offering to interface with EMRs and they need to aggressively take their messages to customers to remind them of the value of dictation/transcription. In the second webinar of the series, this week we took a deep dive into the content of those customer facing messages and effective ways to communicate them. Feedback from customers has been outstanding, and the team and I are proud to be contributing added value.
